Macrina is 39 years old. Her original weight was 276 lbs when she decided to undergo gastric sleeve surgery; at that moment, the doctor recommended she start a diet that would help her lose weight before the surgery, thus facilitating boarding at the time of the surgery. She followed the instructions perfectly, stuck to her diet and in three weeks managed to lose 21 lbs, so her weight at the time of surgery was 255 lbs.
Today, two months after her surgery Macrina has lost 50 lbs more, and is enjoying good health.

Dr. Munoz,
I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your work and the work of the experts that assisted in my surgery.
Your willingness to take time away from your busy schedule, to console me and explain things really made me capable of confronting my fears and anxiety regarding my surgery and treatment. I have the hope that everything will come out well. I still have some pain, but I hope that will soon go away.
